How your agent works

1. It gets you and filters. Reads your CV or LinkedIn and checks thousands of new jobs every day. It only keeps the ones that fit you (75%+) and pay what you ask for.
2. A tailored CV for every job. For each role we create a personalized PDF: your experience reordered and rewritten for what that company asks for. Nothing made up.
3. We send it for you. With your permission, our team sends each application to the job's contact. If a job only accepts its own portal, it's ready in your dashboard so you can apply in a minute.
4. It preps you for the interview. When a company wants to interview you, we tell you by email (and WhatsApp if you share it) and help you prepare with AI: likely questions, a voice mock interview and a salary script.

Do you really apply on my behalf?

Yes, if you turn it on. For each job with a 75%+ match we prepare a CV tailored to that role and a cover letter; our team sends it to the job's contact. You see every application in your dashboard and can pause anytime.

Don't companies reject automated applications?

This isn't mass mailing: we only apply to jobs that fit you, with a CV and letter written for that specific job, sent one by one by our team.

What if I don't like what the AI writes?

In your dashboard you can read each letter before it goes out and pause applications anytime. The AI adds nothing that isn't in your CV.

Can my current employer find out?

We only apply to jobs that fit your search. If you want us to exclude your current company (or any other), tell us and we won't send them anything.

How does the Pro guarantee work?

If you don't get a single interview in a month of Pro, we refund that whole month. We only ask that you upload your CV, keep applications on that month and mark the interviews you get in your dashboard. Any call or meeting with a company you applied to through us counts, including a first screening call. Claim it with a button in your dashboard.

What do you do with my CV?

We only use it to find you a job. We never sell it or share it with anyone except the companies we apply to for you. You can delete it yourself from your dashboard anytime.

Does it work for remote jobs?

Yes. Choose remote only, specific cities only, or both.

How is this different from LinkedIn Easy Apply or Indeed?

Which countries?

We search jobs in any country. We're starting with Spain, Latin America and Europe, in English and Spanish.
