Almost every interview comes down to three doubts: can you do the job, do you want it, and will you fit the team. Prepare concrete examples for those three and you'll answer most questions well, however they're phrased.
The STAR method
Situation: the context in one sentence. Task: what you had to solve. Action: what you did, in first person. Result: what changed, with a number if you have one.
Prepare 5 to 7 stories you can adapt: a win, a mistake you learned from, a conflict you resolved, a tight deadline, a time you led something and a time you learned something fast.
The most common questions
“Tell me about yourself”: 60-90 seconds on your present, the most relevant part of your past for this role and why you're here.
“Why do you want to work here?”: something specific about the company (product, customers, timing) tied to what you bring.
“What's your biggest weakness?”: a real one that isn't core to the role, and what you do about it.
“Tell me about a conflict with a colleague”: how you listened, what you proposed and how it ended, without blaming.
“What are your salary expectations?”: a range based on market data (see the pay on our job pages), open to discussing the full package.
“Where do you see yourself in five years?”: growth in line with the role, without promising to stay forever.

Keep your CV and the job ad nearby, but don't read from them.

FAQ
How long should an answer be?
1 to 2 minutes for experience questions. If they want more detail, they'll ask.
What if I don't know a technical answer?
Say so honestly and explain how you'd work it out or where you'd look. It goes down better than bluffing.
Should I follow up afterwards?
Yes, a short email the same day thanking them and restating why you're a fit.
