Salary: £35,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in IT Account Management, IT Sales or MSP Account Management Experience selling managed services, IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies and business software solutions Proven ability to develop existing accounts and generate additional revenue Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Experience presenting proposals and negotiating contracts Full UK driving licence Self-motivated and proactive Professional and customer-centric Strong commercial awareness Organised and capable of managing multiple client relationships Positive attitude with a desire to succeed Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing IT MSP clients Build trusted relationships with key decision makers Identify and close opportunities for additional products, services and managed solutions Conduct client meetings and onsite account reviews Prepare proposals, quotations and business cases Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer solutions Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Technologies: Cloud CRM Support More: We are a growing Midlands MSP with an established and highly regarded managed services offering, operating from Bromsgrove with client site visits across Worcestershire and the wider region. We are looking for an experienced IT Account Manager to join our successful commercial team, working alongside talented technical consultants and support teams in a modern office environment.
