Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience leading end-to-end testing within government, defence, aerospace or similar organisations Strong understanding of secure networks, air-gapped systems, or complex technical infrastructures or environments Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and validating cloud-based solutions Knowledge of cyber resilience, security assurance, and risk-based testing approaches Ability to create and manage key test artefacts, including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Completion Reports Experience working with technical stakeholders, architects, customers, and delivery teams Familiarity with tools such as IBM ELM is desirable SC Clearance is essential Ability to work on site in Chippenham 3 days per week, with occasional travel to other sites Access to own transport is desirable Responsibilities: Lead testing activities across complex Defence programmes Shape test strategies and assure solution quality Support the delivery of resilient, mission-critical services Drive testing best practice within a high-performing team Mentor others as part of the role Technologies: Cloud Elm IBM Support Security More: We are an experienced team working on highly secure Defence programmes, offering an opportunity to play a leading role in critical delivery work. The role is based in Wiltshire, with 3 days on site in Chippenham each week and occasional travel to other sites. We offer a salary of £50k - £60k DOE, plus a 10% bonus and 10% pension contribution.
