Salary: £47,500 - 52,500 per year Requirements: Experience as an infrastructure professional Strong technical expertise and troubleshooting abilities A proactive mindset and confidence working independently Ability to manage priorities effectively and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Responsibilities: Maintain the operational health, security, resilience, and lifecycle of infrastructure services Work across server, cloud, virtualisation, identity, storage, backup, networking, and Microsoft technologies to keep environments secure, compliant, and highly available Take ownership of infrastructure maintenance, patching, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery testing, and operational improvement initiatives Work with our Service Desk, Cyber Security, Cloud & Infrastructure teams, suppliers, and customers to prevent incidents, resolve complex technical issues, and deliver infrastructure improvements Technologies: Cloud Security DevOps Support More: Were hiring an IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our IT Services team in Hockley, with hybrid working considered. This is a hands-on role supporting the technology platforms that serve our business and customers.
