Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Proven hands-on experience administering and supporting Infor M3 Strong understanding of M3 business processes and modules Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain functions Experience with Infor OS Practical experience with M3 APIs and system integrations Experience managing M3 user security, roles and access controls Good understanding of ERP master data management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with external software vendors and support partners Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Manufacturing, FMCG or distribution experience is advantageous Experience with EDI platforms and integrations is advantageous SQL querying and reporting experience is advantageous Experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 is advantageous Experience with Power BI or similar reporting platforms is advantageous Understanding of database structures and ERP data models is advantageous Experience supporting ERP upgrades, implementations or transformation projects is advantageous Knowledge of Infor Data Lake and associated reporting technologies is advantageous Logical and analytical problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently, take ownership of issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive approach and genuine interest in continuous improvement Responsibilities: Administer, maintain and support our Infor M3 ERP environment and associated applications Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions and access controls Monitor system performance, availability and data integrity Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve M3-related incidents and user issues Act as the primary point of contact for business users requiring M3 support Work with third-party support partners and software vendors to resolve complex issues Prioritise and manage support requests to minimise business disruption Configure and maintain M3 system settings, workflows and business rules Support system upgrades, patches, testing and release activities Maintain accurate technical and functional documentation, procedures and user guides Maintain appropriate controls for system security, user access and data integrity Support ERP audit and compliance requirements and maintain effective ERP governance processes Support integrations between Infor M3 an
