Salary: £70,000 - 74,000 per year Requirements: Hands-on experience performing data migrations from non-SAP systems to SAP ECC6 Experience developing data migration load programs, such as LSMW Strong understanding of SAP data objects Experience with data conversion, mapping, and transformation Experience resolving data load defects and failures Ability to collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance and meet standard UK nationality and residency requirements for site access Responsibilities: Prepare and cleanse data Produce and maintain data migration plans, mapping specifications, and runbooks Support business teams with cleansing non-SAP data Prepare templates for master and transactional data Extract and transform data Develop migration test scripts, including using LSMW Execute migration test loads and troubleshoot failures and defects Conduct dress rehearsals and reconciliations to ensure data quality Contribute to cutover and go-live planning Support production data migration activities Provide post-go-live hypercare support Technologies: Support Marketing SAP Security More: We are recruiting for an SAP Data Migration Specialist based in Newport for an initial six-month contract, with onsite work required three days a week.
