Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions Excellent SQL skills Strong experience with Power BI Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling, semantic models and analytics data architecture Experience establishing analytics standards, best practices and reusable technical patterns Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical delivery Strong stakeholder management skills Responsibilities: Shape the technical direction of analytics and AI solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and Power BI Partner with analytics teams, data engineers, platform engineers and business stakeholders to design scalable analytics solutions and AI-ready data architectures Work across data structures, semantic models, metric layers and dimensional modelling Establish reusable standards and best practices across analytics Support teams in delivering scalable, secure, governed solutions aligned with wider business objectives Technologies: AI Azure Databricks Fabric Support Power BI SQL Cloud More: We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to help shape and scale our analytics and AI capabilities as we continue to invest in and modernise them.
