Salary: £75,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements: Strong commercial experience with Node.js Strong commercial experience with React 18+ and TypeScript Experience with REST APIs and modern application architecture Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD Experience leading or mentoring development teams Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis, or microservices experience is advantageous Responsibilities: Design and build applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript Own technical architecture and key engineering decisions Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js Lead, mentor, and support onshore and offshore developers Drive code quality, reviews, and engineering standards Work with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD Collaborate with Architects, Cloud, Product, and Business teams Technologies: AWS Backend CI/CD Cloud Docker Git Support Kubernetes PostgreSQL REST React Redis Terraform TypeScript microservices NodeJS JavaScript Fullstack More: Were a growing technology business delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 70% of your time focused on coding and architecture and 30% on leading an onshore and offshore development team.
