Salary: £25,000 - 27,000 per year Requirements: Experience in a role involving regular delivery or movement of equipment, ideally in an IT or technical environment Strong organisation and time-management skills Good attention to detail Confident and approachable customer-service style Ability to balance hands-on responsibilities with accurate administration Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership Ability to travel regularly across multiple onsite locations Responsibilities: Deliver and collect IT devices across multiple onsite locations Prepare devices for deployment, including completing builds where required Install and set up equipment for end users Provide a friendly and professional handover experience Receive and organise incoming IT equipment Liaise with couriers about deliveries, collections and returned equipment Accurately log, store and track IT assets Support quarterly inventory counts and asset reconciliation Keep the workshop organised and maintained to a high standard Update ITSM systems with delivery statuses, asset information and user interactions Respond to end-user queries about device delivery, collection and setup Technologies: Support ITSM Hardware More: We are hiring an Onsite Support Analyst to join our team in Leeds, with a salary of £25,000–£27,000 per year.
