Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Hands-on coding experience in a modern programming language; Python is preferred, though JavaScript or TypeScript will also be considered Confident, regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or GitHub Copilot to support development and problem-solving Working knowledge of SQL and data Experience using Git and GitHub, including branching and pull requests Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar project management and documentation tools Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate discussions into clear requirements Responsibilities: Run discovery sessions with business teams to understand existing processes, challenges and requirements Use AI tools to capture conversations, analyse information and document current and future ways of working Design and build applications, automations and integrations across the Microsoft technology stack and beyond Use AI coding assistants to write, test and document code Work closely with end users, gather feedback and rapidly iterate on solutions Manage code through GitHub, including branching, pull requests and code reviews Track projects through Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence Identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce efficiencies and make better use of emerging AI technologies Share ideas, demonstrate solutions and develop reusable components to speed up future projects Technologies: AI ChatGPT Copilot Confluence Git GitHub Support JIRA JavaScript Marketing Python SQL TypeScript More: We are working with a leading organisation in the Watford area to recruit a Digital Developer for its expanding team.
