Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting Degree or equivalent qualification SQL and database support skills (desirable) AWS or other cloud technology experience (desirable) SFTP and data transfer troubleshooting experience (desirable) Experience with software platforms and complex client implementations (desirable) Root cause analysis and preventative problem-solving experience (desirable) Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end client onboarding and software implementation Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for escalations Coordinate implementation projects, change requests and support issues Investigate technical problems, identify root causes and drive resolutions Maintain data accuracy, system reliability and high service standards Improve internal processes, controls and operational efficiency Work closely with technical teams to communicate client requirements and resolve issues Produce accurate reports and management information Provide out-of-hours support for critical incidents when required Technologies: AWS Cloud Support SQL DevOps More: We are an established technology business and specialist software company delivering solutions to an international client base.
