Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Proven experience testing SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally across several of the modules in scope Strong experience in test planning, script development, test execution and defect management Ability to work independently as the sole tester on a large HRIS transformation programme Experience supporting UAT, regression testing and end-to-end testing Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Previous experience supporting SuccessFactors implementations or phased rollouts Availability to start at short notice Responsibilities: Develop and execute test scripts Coordinate functional and end-to-end testing Manage defect identification and resolution Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Work with functional consultants, business stakeholders and the wider project team to ensure modules are fully tested, integrated and ready for deployment Technologies: Support SAP More: We are seeking an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Test Analyst to support a Phase 2 rollout covering Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Succession, Compensation, SmartRecruiters, Learning and Employee Document Management.
