Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Operated at Lead level or taken equivalent technical ownership Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience working within complex codebases Skills in C#, .NET, software architecture, unit testing, code quality, mentoring, code review, CI/CD, and distributed or scalable systems Responsibilities: Spend most of your time writing and reviewing production code Work closely with our Engineering Manager to set technical direction, improve engineering standards, and mentor our development team Influence how our new and legacy platforms evolve Help establish stronger practices around testing, code quality, observability, and AI-assisted development Technologies: AI C# CI/CD ASP.NET More: Were an established and growing technology business looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help shape the next stage of our engineering function. This is a hands-on leadership role with real technical authority. Were building a new PMS product incrementally on top of a substantial legacy .NET platform, creating engineering challenges involving architecture, scalability, resilience, and improvements to a live system.
