5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). C1 English level or higher. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure). Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including module design and CI/CD integration. Solid Linux/Unix skills and comfort working primarily via CLI — bash/zsh, SSH, DNS, routing, and network diagnostics. Active use of LLM-based development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini CLI) in your daily engineering workflow. Proven ability to take a complex infrastructure problem from ambiguity to a fully adopted, production-grade solution. Skills Kubernetes Terraform AWS Azure Linux Bash Docker CI/CD LLM Tooling Networking Own and deliver platform components end-to-end, including Terraform modules, Kubernetes capabilities, cloud patterns, and CI/CD workflows. Design and build self-service infrastructure workflows and internal developer tools — APIs, CLIs, or agent-accessible interfaces — that remove manual bottlenecks for engineering teams. Create observable, feedback-rich platforms that enable automated systems to self-correct and give teams real visibility into what's happening. Implement guardrails, secrets hygiene, and audit trails to maintain security and safety at scale. Produce clear documentation and runbooks that serve both human developers and AI agent operations. Present and drive adoption of new platform capabilities across engineering teams through strong developer UX and proactive collaboration.
