Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements: Strong technical background, ideally in software development or software engineering Experience leading or coordinating software delivery teams Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies Ideally, experience using JIRA to manage development tasks, sprints, and delivery progress Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with outsourced or third-party development teams would be advantageous Exposure to iOS or Android application delivery would be beneficial Exposure to React Native would be beneficial Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate software delivery across four mobile applications Manage day-to-day delivery activities with an outsourced software development partner Run daily stand-ups, track progress, and remove delivery blockers Work with Product Owners to prioritise requirements and manage delivery schedules Ensure software releases are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the required quality Maintain visibility of development progress, risks, and dependencies Technologies: Android JIRA Mobile React React Native iOS More: We are a growing technology company located in Basingstoke.
