Salary: £60,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst in highly regulated environments, including utilities Experience managing multiple business and IT requirements across a varied portfolio or programme in a largely outsourced environment Degree-level education Experience delivering IT solutions in or for utilities clients Proven leadership or line management experience ISEB Business Analysis qualification or similar certification is highly desirable PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project management qualification, and ITIL qualification or experience, are advantageous Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Responsibilities: Lead, coach and mentor a team of IT Business Analysts Liaise with programme and project managers, business relationship managers and key business stakeholders Lead requirements definition, identify projects and ensure deliverables meet business and quality requirements Analyse and document IT and business requirements Work with IT Solutions Architects to scope requirements across large programmes and critical small changes Help manage external tender selection processes for new technologies Technologies: ITIL More: We are a highly established and growing organisation undergoing rapid technical and business transformation.
