Salary: £75,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Significant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally at Lead or Senior level Degree-level qualification Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience facilitating workshops Experience working across IT programmes, projects and business change Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with multiple stakeholders Experience leading, coaching or mentoring other Business Analysts Desirable: BCS, ISEB or equivalent Business Analysis qualification Desirable: PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project management qualification Desirable: ITIL experience or qualification Desirable: Experience in a utility, infrastructure or similarly complex organisation Responsibilities: Work with project sponsors to analyse, define and document IT and business requirements Lead a team of Business Analysts and work with IT Solution Architects to assess requirements and identify appropriate solutions Manage technology tender and supplier selection processes where required Produce investment papers covering project costs, risks, timelines and financial forecasts for approval Support approved initiatives as they transition to project management and delivery Coach and mentor Business Analysts and promote best practice across the team Organise and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders Manage multiple requirements, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously Support wider business activities where your knowledge and expertise can add value, including training, communication and testing Influence decision-making and help ensure IT programmes and projects are clearly defined, prioritised and aligned with business needs Technologies: Support ITIL More: We are supporting a growing business in South Wales that is investing in technology, transformation and its long-term future.
