Salary: £65,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience building technology or AI solutions in a consulting, technology, or similar client-facing setting; experience at PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, or EY is particularly attractive Hands-on coding skills, for example in Python, and experience quickly building working prototypes Regular practical use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code to write, test, and review code Good understanding of how large language models work, their capabilities and limitations, and how to build useful solutions with them, such as connecting them to a clients information Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Practical understanding of what is needed to move a proof of concept to a live service, including testing, security, monitoring, support, and cost Understanding of DevSecOps and FinOps principles Experience working with or coordinating technical teams in other organisations or locations Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical people Good client skills, including listening, asking relevant questions, and building trust Experience with AI agents Familiarity with data platforms and data governance Knowledge of AI regulation and responsible AI frameworks Responsibilities: Turn AI ideas into working solutions Work closely with clients to understand their problems and agree what to build Build proofs of concept, write code, and guide next steps towards live services Run or attend workshops at client sites Coordinate technical delivery teams from partner companies and other firms, and lead those teams where needed Use Claude Code, Claude, and other AI tools in day-to-day work to build efficiently and to a high standard Carefully check the work produced Technologies: AI AI Agents Azure Claude Code Cloud DevSecOps Support Python Security Web ARM DevOps Embedded REST More: We are hiring for a fast-growing AI, Digital, Data, and Technology Innovation Consulting function within an organisation, with a healthy pipeline of work and an opportunity to help build something new and ground-breaking.
