Salary: £104,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements: Strong hands-on experience administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Strong Microsoft Teams Phone experience, including enterprise telephony, voice configuration, and troubleshooting Experience integrating Cisco voice environments with Microsoft Teams Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP, SBCs, PSTN connectivity, and call routing Experience supporting Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, and QoS Proven ability to troubleshoot complex voice and network issues in enterprise environments Ability to work independently in a contract environment Desirable: experience with Cisco Unity Connection, CUBE, and Cisco voice gateways Desirable: experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Operator Connect Desirable: experience with voice migrations or unified communications transformation projects Desirable: Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration Immediate availability or short-notice availability is preferred Responsibilities: Support, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments Manage and optimise Microsoft Teams Phone and associated voice services Support voice integration between Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams, including Direct Routing and SBC technologies Troubleshoot complex VoIP, SIP signalling, call routing, and telephony issues Configure and maintain Cisco voice gateways, dial plans, and associated infrastructure Support network connectivity, routing, switching, and QoS to maintain voice service performance Investigate and resolve incidents affecting voice quality, availability, and connectivity Work with infrastructure and network teams to deliver improvements and maintain service stability Technologies: Cisco Support Network Unity GameDev More: We are seeking an experienced Network & Voice Engineer for a hands-on role supporting a businesss network infrastructure and enterprise voice environment.
