Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Strong business analysis experience within national security environments Active eDV clearance Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile approaches such as Scrum, Lean or Kanban Confident stakeholder management skills, including building rapport, constructively challenging others and managing expectations Experience working within cross-functional delivery teams Understanding of government transformation strategy and service standards Experience with data mapping and APIs would be useful Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define the problems to solve Translate user needs into clear user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria Model current and future business processes Support the Product Owner with backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation Help the team agree scope and shape an achievable minimum viable product Support testing to ensure solutions meet business and user needs Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout delivery Technologies: Support Kanban Product Owner Security More: We are a digital consultancy delivering secure digital transformation programmes across government and national security. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bring together user needs, business priorities and technical delivery, and contribute to meaningful programmes shaping how services are delivered. We offer a friendly, collaborative consultancy environment. The salary is up to £90,000, plus a 10% eDV bonus.
