Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Strong solution architecture experience, including enterprise-scale design and delivery Proven expertise in global payroll processes across multiple countries and providers Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Compensation and Workday Prism Understanding of EU Pay Transparency, pay equity and compensation reporting Experience with payroll integrations, ETL pipelines and data transformation Experience with Azure integration services, SFTP and secure file transfer Experience with payroll finance integrations, including reconciliation and General Ledger posting Knowledge of GDPR, sensitive employee data security and data governance Experience delivering payroll transformation or platform migration programmes Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF Responsibilities: Support a major transformation programme focused on global payroll, reward technology and regulatory reporting Shape enterprise-level solutions across multiple European markets Lead the development of end-to-end architecture Ensure solutions meet business requirements and support secure, scalable and compliant payroll and workforce data management Technologies: Architect Azure ETL Support Security Cloud TOGAF More: We are recruiting a Solution Architect for a six-month contract based in Reading or Dublin, with a hybrid working pattern of three days per week in the office. The role supports a major transformation programme involving global payroll integration, Workday technology and solutions for EU Pay Transparency requirements.
