Salary: £100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: Experience training, enabling and coaching technical teams, including facilitating workshops where participants build working solutions. Experience moving from a hands-on technical role into enablement, consultancy, transformation, coaching or training. Background in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Platform Engineering or DevOps. Strong understanding of production AI solutions, SDLC, governance and delivery processes. Experience with AI Agents, RAG, LLMs, APIs, MCP, automation platforms and modern AI tooling. Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, troubleshoot issues and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience helping organisations progress from AI experimentation to adoption. Coding knowledge, ideally including Python and SQL. Desirable: experience in gaming, fintech, financial services or other regulated environments; AWS; vector databases, embeddings or semantic search; GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI coding assistants; low-code automation tools such as n8n; organisation-wide training or enablement; or international and multi-site teams. Responsibilities: Run hands-on AI workshops in which teams build tangible solutions. Coach engineering and product teams to identify and prioritise AI use cases. Help teams understand and implement AI Agents, RAG, LLMs, prompt engineering and automation tools. Create training content, learning modules and enablement programmes. Support teams through the full solution lifecycle, from idea to production deployment. Embed best practices for governance, security, compliance and responsible AI use. Work with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and improve AI capability across the organisation. Assess capability gaps and develop programmes to address them. Help development teams get greater value from tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
