The Salesforce Public Sector Specialists Solutions Engineering team is a team of technology, industry and business process experts who are the partner for all public organizations and education institutions. We support their transformation and help them modernize their processes in order to deliver on their missions to citizens and businesses. This position is dedicated to supporting the UK and Ireland Public Sector and Education Marketing Cloud Sales team. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a leader in AI driven digital marketing automation across email, mobile, social and web. Presenting to audiences ranging from operational marketing and IT teams to C-Level executives and public servants, the ideal candidate must be motivated and capable of delivering memorable presentations and demonstrations while knowledgeably supporting the discussion of our marketing solutions to all levels of detail. About the Requirements Primary requirements The candidate will ideally have the following competencies and experience: A proven track record of success - ideally a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant, Consultant, Project Lead, ideally in the marketing technology area) AI fluency : experience using Codex, Claude Code or any other AI tool to code / configure / craft assets is a strong plus Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Marketing Cloud Next (Certification is a plus) Be able to work with an extended team to plan and implement upon a targeted engagement campaign Having the curiosity and tenacity to undertake deep, relevant client discovery and to ensure that the resulting presentation and solution demonstration solv
