Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11, including build, configuration, and registry settings, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with LTSC Channels and KIOSK is highly desirable Basic understanding of SCCM and Active Directory, and working knowledge of IT service models Networking experience, including LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS/WINS, PXE, and VPN or remote connectivity Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, email client configuration, MS Outlook, instant messaging tools, and general etiquette Knowledge of computer peripherals, including printers and MFDs, display screens, docking stations, port replicators, cameras, and scanners Working knowledge of IT Service Management software, such as ServiceNow Excellent customer interface and customer service skills Flexibility with working hours when needed Full UK driving licence SC clearance, or willingness to undertake SC clearance Responsibilities: Undertake incident and service request tasks Take second-line responsibility for resolving incidents within SLA Maintain a target of fewer than 2% incidents per month Complete assigned work within allocated timeframes Undertake project tasks, supporting internal and external Project Managers Complete non-standard request tasks within agreed timescales Proactively communicate and coordinate with Level 3 teams to highlight major issues Resolve technical issues involving laptop and desktop hardware, networks, printers, and related equipment Install and configure software and hardware Technologies: Active Directory Hardware Support LAN ServiceNow VPN Windows ITSM Mobile More: We are Computacenter, a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
