Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year Requirements: Hold or be willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (SC Clearance) Have at least 2 years experience in IT Asset Management or a related role Have experience with ITSM management tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Remedy, or Snow/Flexera Have a good understanding of SACM, IT asset lifecycle management, and inventory best practices Be aware of software licensing models, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle Have strong analytical and reporting skills, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication skills Demonstrate strong attention to detail Desirable: managed service experience, exposure to process improvement, ITIL/CMDB knowledge, and relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 or ServiceNow Responsibilities: Monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets in line with SACM best practices Help maintain an accurate, up-to-date CMDB that complies with organisational standards and regulatory requirements Carry out asset tracking, inventory checks, and compliance reviews Produce regular reports on asset utilisation, cost, and compliance Identify and support cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities Help stakeholders with asset-related queries and support requests Support internal and external audits and compliance activities Assist with testing ITAM tool integrations and CMDB-related processes Technologies: CMDB Excel Hardware Support ITIL ITSM Oracle Security ServiceNow DevOps Power BI More: We are Computacenter, a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with around 21,000 employees worldwide.
