Salary: 44.000 - 81.000 € per year Requirements: Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or high-frequency engineering Several years of experience in RF and high-frequency PCB design Very good knowledge of Altium Designer Experience in hardware design of radar or high-frequency systems, preferably pulse radar Experience with beamforming, phased arrays, or beamformer ICs Knowledge of EMC-compliant design, shielding, and RF enclosure techniques Experience with signal integrity and power integrity in high-frequency layouts Experience in calibration of transmit/receive arrays Experience with RF measurement equipment, such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers Nice to have: Experience in integrating complex RF or radar systems Nice to have: Knowledge in the field of antennas or antenna arrays Responsibilities: Develop and design high-frequency PCBs for radar and sensor systems Design hardware for FMCW and pulsed radar systems Integrate RF assemblies for pulsed radar systems Integrate and control modern radar and beamformer ICs Design and characterize RF front ends and beamformer assemblies Analyze and optimize RF and radar assemblies through measurement Develop EMC, shielding, and RF enclosure concepts Implement calibration, self-test, and diagnostic functions Support integration, commissioning, validation, and system testing Contribute to concepts for thermal management of high-power RF systems Work closely with stakeholders from our Engineering and Product Development departments to design, simulate, and optimize RF PCBs, and develop and integrate high-frequency radar subsystems, including pulsed RF frontends, beamformer ICs, and phased-array architectures Help enhance our radar capabilities through precision engineering and innovation Technologies: AI Altium Designer GIS Hardware Support Mobile Network Security Robotics More: As an RF Engineer, you will be a key part of our Radar Technology team, working with a team of 7 to advance miniaturized radar systems and drone technologies.
