Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Business Analysis experience on D365 F&O, SCM or Dynamics AX implementations Strong understanding of ERP processes and business transformation Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes and documenting findings Confidence working with technical teams and business stakeholders Experience supporting ERP implementations through testing and go-live Retail, supply chain or commerce experience is beneficial Responsibilities: Gather and document business and functional requirements Map existing processes across finance, supply chain and retail operations Work with business stakeholders and our D365 implementation partner Identify process improvements and support future-state process design Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications Support data migration, testing, UAT and business readiness Technologies: ERP Support More: We are a major retailer moving from Dynamics AX to D365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management and Commerce. Our implementation partner is in place, and we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work between the business and delivery teams, understand how our business operates, and help ensure the new solution works for its users.
