Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: At least 2 years experience in a legal practice or professional services business Hands-on experience with Contract Express or a similar document automation platform Experience with Power BI and low/no-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps Strong SharePoint and Microsoft Office skills Clear communication and strong time-management skills when working with lawyers and other stakeholders Experience with, or a genuine interest in, AI and emerging technologies is desirable Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain automated legal templates in Contract Express Work with Knowledge Lawyers, Counsel and Leads to turn requirements into working automation Support Knowledge solutions built in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI Contribute to AI platform projects as required Deliver work against a prioritised automation pipeline and agreed timelines Technologies: AI Support Power BI SharePoint More: We are recruiting for an Automation and AI Analyst to join the knowledge team of a leading global law firm in London. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, paying £50,000–£60,000, with hybrid working and three days per week on-site. The role offers a supportive team environment, exposure to multiple practice groups and a potential pathway into broader AI-focused opportunities. We offer 25 days of annual leave per year.
