Salary: 70.000 - 100.000 € per year Requirements: Masters degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline 5 to 10 years of professional experience designing and operating enterprise IT infrastructure Deep understanding of and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or comparable solutions High level of expertise in at least one or more related fields, such as virtualization, storage, or automation Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, such as Cisco, Aruba, or SonicOS Experience with dynamic provisioning and immutable systems Good understanding of high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance Solid multi-distro Linux skills Experience with one or more scripting or programming languages, such as Python, Bash, C++, or Go Responsibilities: Capture infrastructure needs and requirements from our Developers and DevOps Engineers Define the technology strategy for our IT infrastructure Develop, implement, and maintain infrastructure services Design IT infrastructure architectural blueprints for our products Compile infrastructure policies and define standards Maintain our internal IaaS services and underlying technologies, such as Proxmox and Kubernetes Maintain our internal PaaS services, such as Jenkins, Nexus, Vault, openNMS, and Foreman Coordinate closely with corporate IT services, such as Corporate Governance Technologies: Ansible Architect Aruba Bash Cisco DevOps Embedded Foreman IaaS Support Jenkins Kubernetes Linux Network Nexus PaaS Python Terraform More: We are Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, an IT organization embedded inside Engineering. As an IT Infrastructure Architect (d/f/m), you will join our Infrastructure Team and help shape the evolution of our infrastructure and products, empowering Software and DevOps Engineers through a culture of ownership and end-to-end accountability.
