Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience in a 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer or similar role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Good networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls and VPNs Experience supporting Windows Server environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users Desirable: Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104 or similar) Desirable: Experience with enterprise firewall and VPN technologies Desirable: Exposure to Intune, SCCM or endpoint management tools Desirable: PowerShell scripting and automation experience Desirable: Experience within multi-site environments Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line infrastructure support and resolve escalated issues Support and administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments Maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and remote working solutions Troubleshoot network, firewall, VPN and connectivity issues Contribute to infrastructure projects and system improvements Produce and maintain technical documentation Support security, patching and infrastructure resilience Provide technical guidance to 1st line support teams Technologies: Azure Cloud Firewall Support Microsoft 365 Network PowerShell Security SharePoint TCP/IP VPN Windows Office 365 More: We are recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients growing IT team.
