Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience in software quality assurance and manual testing across web-based or business systems Good understanding of functional, regression, exploratory and release testing Experience reviewing system specifications, functional requirements and user stories to identify gaps, risks and edge cases Experience creating, maintaining and executing test plans, scenarios, test cases and test scripts Experience tracking and managing defects, bugs and enhancements using test management or defect tracking tools Strong analytical skills, including the ability to investigate issues, reproduce defects and validate fixes Experience supporting UAT, release verification, test environment coordination or integration testing Desirable: experience working with TestMo Desirable: experience testing commercial cloud software Desirable: an ISTQB qualification Desirable: experience working with third parties on integration testing and external system access Responsibilities: Ensure the quality, reliability and usability of our products Work closely with our development, product, support and implementation teams on new feature development, version releases and customer issue investigations Help maintain product quality, support release readiness and investigate customer-reported issues Identify risks early, improve testing practices and promote a proactive approach to quality Take ownership of your workload, share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement Technologies: Cloud ISTQB Support Web More: We are recruiting a Senior QA Analyst to join an established software organisation in Altrincham, with hybrid working.
