Salary: £25,000 - 29,000 per year Requirements: Experience supporting IT in a school environment or an MSP Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems Some understanding of common user applications and networked systems Confident troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently under pressure Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a customer-first approach Responsibilities: Act as an onsite IT contact, providing responsive first-line support to staff and students Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, AV equipment and other technology Install, configure and upgrade hardware and software across the school network Support and maintain core systems, particularly Microsoft Office 365 and commonly used education applications Work proactively with stakeholders to identify improvements in ICT provision Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to non-technical users Keep systems running smoothly and help the school get the most out of its ICT Technologies: Hardware ICT Support Network Office 365 Windows More: We are recruiting a Junior ICT Technician to join a busy MSP serving the Oxford and Abingdon area.
