Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Experience as an Architecture Operating Model Consultant Strong architecture experience Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently and translate findings into clear recommendations, actionable plans and client-ready deliverables Responsibilities: Support the design and development of the architecture operating model across Group and Business Units (BUs). Assess and shape architecture roles, capabilities, organisational structures and accountabilities. Define and refine architecture governance, processes, standards and ways of working. Review architecture artefacts, tooling and interactions to identify opportunities for improvement. Help establish clear responsibilities and effective collaboration between Group and BU architecture teams. Support the prioritisation and progression of a key architecture backlog. Work with architects and senior stakeholders to gather insights, challenge assumptions and develop practical solutions.
