Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Experience designing and building systems in Laravel. Experience developing PHP systems. Experience working with MySQL databases. Confidence communicating with clients to gather requirements and handle feedback. Ability to manage your workload independently. Innovative and forward-thinking approach. Desirable: Experience in or interest in mobile app development. Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and write clear specifications. Design systems and efficient, logical user interfaces that meet customer requirements. Build new systems using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL. Produce system documentation. Install and deploy systems for customers. Test your work, gather feedback, and communicate directly with clients. Diagnose and fix bugs across new and existing systems. Deliver future enhancements based on customer needs. Maintain and support existing Laravel and PHP systems and MySQL databases. We are seeking a Laravel / PHP Software Engineer to take projects from initial conversation through live installation and ongoing support. You will work in small project teams of one to three people.
