Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role, including team management. Strong technical background across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking and infrastructure. Experience supporting or managing an ERP system and business-critical applications. Good understanding of cybersecurity, IT service management and disaster recovery. Experience delivering IT projects and managing relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team across IT infrastructure, service desk and business systems. Oversee and improve IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and cybersecurity. Oversee the ERP system and wider business applications, supporting upgrades and improvements. Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex IT issues. Deliver IT projects, system improvements and technology initiatives. Manage external suppliers, disaster recovery and business continuity. Work closely with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives.
