Salary: £103,740 - 104,000 per year Requirements: Active SC clearance Proven experience as a Performance Analyst in Agile digital delivery environments Strong understanding of performance measurement frameworks and KPI development Experience with analytics platforms and performance reporting tools Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholders Strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research and data sources Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to influence decisions through evidence-based analysis Government or public sector digital programme experience (desirable) Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams (desirable) Familiarity with user-centred design and evidence-led service improvement approaches (desirable) Responsibilities: Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks for digital services and products Define, implement and validate analytics solutions against agreed performance measures Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Produce evidence-based data stories that support stakeholder understanding and decision-making Support the iterative development of products and services with insight-led recommendations Ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of performance data and analysis Use qualitative and quantitative data sources to generate holistic insights Collaborate with user researchers, designers, delivery professionals and technical specialists Provide constructive digital and data perspectives to help improve service outcomes Technologies: Support More: We are recruiting a Performance Analyst for a major digital transformation programme focused on data-driven decision-making and the continuous improvement of critical services and products. This is a six-month contract based in Telford, with two to three days onsite per week, paying £400 per day inside IR35.
