Salary: £37,000 - 46,300 per year Requirements: Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a data or analytics environment. Experience supporting data transformation, reporting improvement or business change programmes, including stakeholder work on requirements, testing or adoption. Working understanding of data engineering, data analysis and data science principles, and ability to collaborate with technical colleagues. Practical SQL experience interrogating, validating and profiling data in operational and analytical systems to identify root causes, trends and opportunities. Experience working with agile delivery teams using Jira or similar tools from discovery through implementation. Good understanding of data governance, lineage and data quality principles. Strong organisation skills, including balancing competing stakeholder, delivery team and backlog priorities. Confident communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across Clear Business to define data and insight requirements. Capture, analyse and challenge business needs to identify value-led solutions. Create and maintain a prioritised backlog of epics and user stories aligned with business objectives. Partner with agile delivery teams using Jira and related tools to ensure requirements are documented, understood and ready for delivery. Use SQL to analyse and profile data, investigate business problems, validate assumptions and support solution design. Assess business processes, data flows and lineage to identify opportunities to improve data and reporting capabilities. Manage risks, issues and dependencies across data initiatives and change programmes. Support stakeholder engagement through testing, implementation and adoption of data solutions. Deliver data and insight solutions aligned with business priorities that improve decision-making and create measurable value. Support improvements in data quality, effective collaboration and successful adoption of data solutions.
