As a Senior Solutions Architect, you are an expert-level technical leader responsible for the organisation's most complex customer engagements. You drive consumption strategy, own executive-level relationships, and serve as the definitive technical authority for your accounts. You have declared your archetype - a recognised technical specialisation that makes you a force multiplier across your team and region. You operate at the intersection of deep technical expertise, strategic account planning, and executive influence. This role will report to a Field Engineering Manager in the Emerging Enterprises team. The impact you will have: Drive the technical and consumption strategy in partnership with Account Executives for Startup & Digital Native customers in the Nordics region, directly influencing platform adoption and revenue growth. You will influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the broader cloud ecosystem and 3rd-party applications, ensuring they are excited by the Databricks vision and solution strategy. Be a 'champion’ for both customers and colleagues, operating as an expert architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence platform. Lead the most complex architecture engagements: multi-workload platforms, enterprise-wide migrations, real-time systems, and AI/ML at scale. Contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership through customer-facing content, workshops, and community engagement Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use-case prioritisation and on building technical champions.
