As part of 1Password’s Strategic Operations team, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that turn complex business priorities into clear plans, coordinated execution, and measurable results. You’ll work with senior leaders and teams across the company to advance priorities such as international expansion, high-priority customer programs, corporate crisis management, and planning. By helping the organization execute with greater clarity and consistency, you’ll contribute to 1Password’s mission of making security simpler and more accessible. Reporting into the Director, Strategic Operations, this role is remote in the United States or Canada.

AI supports how we manage and execute programs by bringing together signals from across the business and turning them into decision-ready summaries, project plans, and executive briefs.
