The Workplace Global Partner will be responsible for supporting office services, facilities operations, workplace amenities, and employee experience across Roblox’s smaller domestic and international offices. The role will establish consistency and parity with Roblox headquarters by ensuring employees have access to reliable workplace services, functional amenities, appropriate resources, and a consistent level of support regardless of where they work. This role will serve as a strategic partner and liaison among Facilities and Workplaces, People , Finance, Corporate Engineering, Global Security, local office leaders, landlords, property managers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders. The Global Partner will independently assess office needs, identify service gaps, coordinate solutions, and establish operating standards that reflect the workplace experience provided at Roblox headquarters. When not traveling or directly supporting a remote office, this position will provide consistent support for headquarters projects and operations, including employee moves, office reconfigurations, workplace projects, safety initiatives, inspections, regulatory compliance, and other Facilities and Workplace priorities. This role is on-site at San Mateo HQ Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You Will: Support day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for Roblox’s smaller domestic and international offices.
