Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Experience in application or software support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders High attention to detail and strong organisation skills Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle is highly desirable Understanding of APIs is highly desirable Experience with tools such as Postman or XMLSpy is highly desirable Exposure to C#, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, and SQL Server is highly desirable Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git is highly desirable Responsibilities: Provide technical support and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs Troubleshoot and manage client tickets from initial logging through to resolution Work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers Communicate clearly with clients and deliver excellent customer service Gather requirements for system changes and support their delivery Test, document, and support application updates Assist with debugging and implementing improvements, with training provided Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives Technologies: Azure C# DevOps Git Support JSON JavaScript Postman SQL Visual Studio Cloud More: We are offering a hybrid working opportunity based in Fareham, Hampshire with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000.
