Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Strong educational background with at least a 2:1 in a STEM subject Commercial experience developing with C# Good understanding of .NET / .NET Core Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles Knowledge of SQL and relational databases Strong problem-solving and analytical skills A genuine interest in developing high-quality software Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a development team Experience with ASP.NET Core or Web APIs Knowledge of SQL Server Exposure to multithreading, asynchronous programming, or distributed systems Experience with Git and modern development practices Understanding of performance optimisation and low-latency systems Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Contribute to the development of high-performance and real-time software systems Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Work alongside senior developers to investigate and resolve technical issues Develop new features and functionality based on business and technical requirements Work with databases and SQL to retrieve and manage application data Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging Help monitor and troubleshoot production systems Collaborate with developers, testers, and other technical teams Learn and apply best practices around software development, performance, and system reliability Technologies: ASP.NET AWS C# CI/CD Cloud Git SQL Web Azure More: We are a growing technology team developing and supporting high-performance, real-time software systems.
