Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with exposure across several of the following: Cisco / CCNP-level networking and Nexus switching Cisco ASA/Firepower Fortinet, Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls AWS and/or Azure Windows/Linux servers VMware ESXi/vSAN Load balancing and network monitoring Defender / Sentinel / SIEM HLD/LLD documentation ITIL, incident/change/problem management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer-facing ability The confidence to work independently and take ownership A resilient, can-do attitude Relevant networking qualifications, ideally CCNP or equivalent Responsibilities: Provide technical support across complex customer environments and managed services Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure incidents Contribute to solution design, HLD/LLD, implementations and technical projects Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert Work within an ITIL-based service environment, supporting SLAs, KPIs and change/problem management Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of technical service Occasionally travel to customer sites, data centres and offices in Milton Keynes/Watford Technologies: AWS Azure Cloud Cisco Support ITIL Linux Load Balancing Network Nexus Security VMware Windows More: We are a leading technology solutions provider offering managed services to a diverse customer base across finance, manufacturing, utilities and retail.
