Minimum three years experience working as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a closely related role. Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner capacity. Practical knowledge of SQL, ERP, XML, and CRM systems. Experience with data migration, enterprise architecture, integration technologies, single sign-on (SSO), and master data management. Experience with wireframing, business rules, process mapping, and systems documentation. Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and software testing methodologies. Experience working within project management frameworks or Agile environments. A Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in IT security, network analysis, or IT service management. Responsibilities: Conduct business and systems analysis to understand our organisational objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges. Analyse our existing and future business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation. Support the analysis and ongoing management of our IT systems, networks, and security requirements. Maintain and monitor the quality, performance, and effectiveness of our IT services and products. Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
