Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in an IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager, or Senior Systems Administrator role Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments Experience supporting and administering Linux servers Excellent networking knowledge, including LAN, WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and virtualised infrastructure Strong understanding of IT security, governance, and risk management Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate confidently with senior leadership Experience evaluating and implementing technology solutions and managing third-party suppliers Cloud infrastructure and backup solutions experience is a plus Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint administration experience is a plus Exposure to Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity is a plus Experience working across multiple sites or international offices is a plus Responsibilities: Own and develop our IT strategy, security policies, and best practices Manage and maintain core infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, networking, virtual environments, storage, and telecoms Ensure high availability, performance, and security across our business systems Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers Oversee our outsourced IT support partner and ensure excellent service delivery Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Support our business growth with scalable, future-proof technology solutions Build strong relationships across our business and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders Technologies: Cloud Confluence DevOps Hyper-V Support JIRA Jenkins LAN Linux Microsoft 365 Security SharePoint Teamcity Windows Office 365 More: We are a growing, innovative technology company with UK and US operations.
