Salary: £33,000 - 38,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure/Entra and Microsoft 365 Extensive knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP Experience supporting Microsoft RDS/AVD and Exchange environments Proven systems administration experience Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure Responsibilities: Administer and optimise Microsoft-based infrastructure, cloud services and enterprise systems Administer and support Microsoft Azure/Entra, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure platforms Manage and maintain a global estate of more than 600 servers, ensuring systems are patched, monitored and operating efficiently Provide third-line support and technical expertise, troubleshooting complex hardware, software and infrastructure issues Work closely with ICT teams and business stakeholders to keep systems secure, reliable and performant Drive continuous improvement initiatives Technologies: Active Directory Azure Cloud Hardware ICT Support Microsoft 365 Windows Office 365 DevOps More: We are recruiting a 3rd Line Server Engineer for our growing in-house team in Middlesbrough.
