Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Management Information, or Data Analytics leadership Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL/T-SQL, database design, and data warehousing principles Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and reporting tools Experience working with Azure data environments and Python Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities A positive approach to change and continuous improvement Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident, proactive leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to a variety of audiences Responsibilities: Develop and manage an annual Business Intelligence workplan to ensure reporting services meet business requirements Oversee the production, validation, quality assurance, and governance of management information and performance reporting Lead the design, maintenance, and continual improvement of reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools Manage relationships with software providers and support bespoke reporting requirements Drive innovation in reporting methodologies, visualisation techniques, and business intelligence platforms Coordinate and prioritise ad hoc data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Maintain robust data storage, archiving, documentation, and change control processes Produce forecasting models and business intelligence insights to support operational planning and periods of increased demand Contribute to business cases, service development initiatives, and tender submissions Represent our organisation at internal and external meetings as required Lead, develop, and support a team of reporting and data professionals Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Ensure departmental procedures and documentation remain current and compliant Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training to maintain service resilience Encourage collaboration across operational, clinical, and corporate functions Technologies: Azure Business Intelligence Excel Support Power BI Power Query Python SQL Cloud More: We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager to lead a high-performing analytics function and support strategic decision-making across our healthcare-focused organisation.
