Salary: £35,000 - 41,000 per year Requirements: Experience in a Release Analyst, Release Coordinator, Change & Release, or Release Manager role Strong understanding of Release and Change Management processes Experience working in a multi-supplier or outsourced environment Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to undergo SC clearance, as required for the client Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is desirable SIAM (Service Integration and Management) experience is desirable ITIL certification is desirable Experience in large enterprise environments is desirable Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end release activities across multiple suppliers and teams Maintain release schedules, calendars, and deployment plans Support Change Management processes and CAB activities Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, and conflicts Maintain release governance, documentation, and reporting Liaise between technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders Technologies: Support ITIL ITSM ServiceNow More: We are seeking a Release Analyst to join our busy Service Management function in Manchester.
