Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Hands-on experience performing data migrations from non-SAP systems to SAP ECC6 Experience developing data migration load programs, such as LSMW Strong understanding of SAP data objects Experience with data conversion, mapping, and transformation Experience resolving data load defects and failures Ability to work collaboratively with functional consultants and business stakeholders Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Active UK SC security clearance is required Responsibilities: Produce and maintain data migration plans, mapping specifications, and runbooks Support business teams with cleansing non-SAP data Prepare templates for master and transactional data Maintain source-to-target mapping documentation and transformation rules Support data transformation activities Develop migration test scripts, such as those using LSMW Execute migration test loads and troubleshoot failures and defects Conduct dress rehearsals and reconciliations to ensure data quality Contribute to cutover and go-live planning Support production data migration activities Provide post-go-live hypercare support Technologies: Support SAP Security More: We are recruiting a SAP Migration Specialist for our client on a six-month contract. The role is focused on iterative migration of data from a non-SAP system to SAP ECC6, supporting business readiness and a successful go-live. It is fully onsite in Newport, with 35 hours per week and an hourly rate of £74 via Umbrella, inside IR35.
